Ok, let me start with... I love Texas Roadhouse. Now, about Outback. It's OK, and when I am eating Paleo it is second to TR. I usually end up here when the TR has a wait. The food is ok, the prices are high for what you get. The problem at this location is service is a hit or miss. Sometimes it's good and sometimes you can wait 10 minutes for a greeting. I do recommend the 8 oz Victoria. Yum!

Ate there last night. Never going back. I ordered steak and shrimp. The steak was over-cooked, and shrimp not the way I ordered. I had to send the steak back, I had to send the shrimp back. I never got the dinner I ordered. The sad thing is, I have eaten there many times and loved it. But this was a terrible experience.

I was staying in the hotel next to Outback. A year + ago I was the DD for my friends in Searcy. I've been there twice in the last two days. Was abysmal. I wish I hadn't had to get a new phone to show the pics of the to go orders for the new test menu. Kroger has better frozen food that you microwave. I think the operator of this franchise needs to spend more than two days a week here and fix the food. Really, from Honolulu to Dallas usually Outback isn't this awful. Oh in five cocktails I had the same wet napkin that stuck to the glass. I asked do you know how many times you put a new napkin under my drink? Ah no, I guess never... D

We've been here for 45 minutes and still don't have our food! Took until we hot our soup and salad to get silverware, and that was after asking for it a second time! We didn't order anything complicated, only Alice Springs Chicken and hubby ordered the Chicken Tenders. Do they have to run out and find a chicken? This is ridiculous. Still waiting at Outback in North Little Rock. Unacceptable. Would leave but we're hungry!

There out of 8oz steaks. You are a STEAKHOUSE.. This was our second attempt at using my much unwanted gift card. The first attempt, the wait was 45 mins. There were over 5 cleared tables just within eyesight. The hostess didn't seem to have an answer. To be honest I was surprised to see a gift card for me to a business I thought went bankrupt years ago. Guess I'll wait another 15 years to eat here again.if ever. Clearly the management isn't on top of reviews, their staff or the property.

How do you run out of 8oz sirloin steaks, at a STEAKHOUSE? Especially when it's around 2pm on a Tuesday afternoon? My party and possibly one other family were in this establishment, and I highly doubt that whole table wiped out the steaks. This was the 2nd attempt to come into this place to use a gift card that was given to us for Valentine's Day. We went in on Sunday Night and there was over a 35 min wait and you could see numerous empty tables. How is there a wait when there are that many open tables? I don't frequent this steak house, because frankly there are way better ones out there with great service and they n ever run out of the most popular item on the menu. Even this 2nd time around, it still took them forever to get our drink orders, and get our food out. It should not take that long, especially when we are 1 of 2 other parties inside the establishment. Outback needs to either hire more people to cover these sections or just shut the doors. People want to come to enjoy their steak dinner, not to be waiting until they grow a beard to receive it. I'll never come back to this location, or Outback period.

Friendly server and prompt service. Margarita was great but food portions were pretty meager.

They were out of hamburgers. Had to remind waiter we had bread ordered. The place is not generous with the ketchup.

Staffing issues. Dozens of open tables and a 20-30 minute wait 30 minutes after opening. Ridiculous.

I hate to bash an Outback Steakhouse, because I typically love them so, but this one is habitually terrible. I've waited over an hour to receive my to-go order and the other day I had terrible service. The food is pretty consistent with the outback consistency standards but the service is really poor here. I've been here at off-peak times so I can not imagine how they handle Friday and Saturday nights.

Jeremy, the owner, was kind enough to host a book signing for me there. The space was warm and inviting with the golden wood. The drinks were amazing, especially the margarita with cucumber. And the appetizers were scrumptious. It could not have been a better venue for meeting and greeting my readers. I would recommend their hospitality to anyone.

Not sure if it is this Outback or all of them, but the price for a top shelf drink compared to the amount of ice in the glass does not seem to be worth much. The grilled chicken and salad was good and the service was ok. Had a steak here once and it was above average, but I dont eat steak that often. Not impressed, but not going to wait in any line to get in here either. The location could be better, but that is only because of the one-way service drive that the great state of Arkansas designed and built.

Wait staff and bar staff were a bit overbearing when it came time to take my drink and food order. I appreciate the chance to say my order before being interupted with "options" for my sides and drinks. I ordered the 8 oz steak "medium" and when it was brought out, it looked very appetizing like a steak should. Then I cut into it. I had no more cut into it when the Bartender motioned for the manager. Upon my surprise, it was STILL frozen in the middle. I wouldn't even consider this cooked rare. The bartender saw it the same time I did and I do appreciate that aspect of his observance. In the meantime, they whisked my steak away and I continued eating the tasty grilled shrimp, the delicious steamed veggies and the huge baked potato. I was completely stuffed when my steak made it back. I cut back into the portions and still...the steak was horrible. Still very pink and cold inside, and full of gristle. You can't blame Outback for the problems with the meat, but you can blame the cow for part of it. You can, however, blame the cook for his lack of skill in the steaks preparation and cooking. I'll go back, most definitely. The management handled this situation with care and compassion and for that, I will be back.

We love us some outback. Like $3.50 for a house marg; always get cheese fries and my favorite ranch dressing in the world! The service at the NLR location can be hit or miss but they always seem to make up for it with deliciousness:)

Yesterday I drove for 12 hours from Roanoke to Little Rock. For the last hour or so I was anticipating the nice steak with a glass or two of red wine awaiting at the end of the journey. Outback is one of the more reliable chains out there, and I tend to seek them out when I am on the road. This time, unfortunately, I was sorely disappointed. I arrived at Outback just before 9PM. Being a Monday, they were not very busy, and I was pleased to find a good spot at the bar from which I could easily see one of the flat screen TV's showing the college men's basketball championship game. Only problem - the picture was about 15 seconds behind the audio! The only TV with picture matching audio was across the room. OK, no big deal, as I'm not that big a basketball fan anyway. After waiting too long for that first glass of wine I ordered my meal. The salad took over 10 minutes to come, but as usual, the Blue Cheese Chopped Salad was to die for. I ordered the 12 oz prime rib cooked "Outback Style" - seasoned and grilled - with steamed green beans. The prime rib was one of the worst cuts of prime rib I have ever seen. The green beans were delicious. The service was unenthusiastic and lackluster at best. While I did leave full, I left rather unsatisfied. Perhaps it was the anticipation over the long drive, but I don't think so. I am an Outback junkie, and I can say unequivocally that this experience was not anything close to the norm. Too bad.

Had a top shelf Margarita. It tasted like kool aid; then I had to pay for it separate from my meal. Seems like a small deal but I'm done with Outback. Too many other options to waste time with Outback.
